We have an extremely unusual, quirky, old fashioned lock which hasn't worked properly for years, despite different people looking at it. He has taken the lock to pieces, got other people to look at it, rebuilt it from the inside and renovated it on the outside. Jon has a flair for craftsmanship and creativity.

He arrived very quickly, and with his help we managed to get herinto her home without having to damage any locks or surrounds. He was extremely kind and considerate and I rate him very highly.

S BM: - Called 3 other local locksmiths as we had an issue with the front door lock and Jon was the only one to respond. He came the same day and was able to unlock the door without any damage and then secured the door until the parts arrived to replace the lock and was able to put together the new one quickly. The charges were reasonable and had good communication. Wouldn’t hesitant to call him again if required.
