We couldn’t open one of our doors, and Jon came out the very same day to fix it. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his craft. He replaced the door’s gearbox and made sure everything was perfectly aligned in the frame.

S - Landlord - Reading: Called out JB to a flat that had a faulty lock. Jon turned up and collected the access keys and parking permits. He replaced the lock and gave the tenant a copy. This all happened with a minimum of fuss and a great deal of efficiency. I would highly recommend this company.

Jo ann Compton: I have rarely come across someone so determined to finish off a job as well as Jon. We have an extremely unusual, quirky, old fashioned lock which hasn't worked properly for years, despite different people looking at it. He has taken the lock to pieces, got other people to look at it, rebuilt it from the inside and renovated it on the outside. Jon has a flair for craftsmanship and creativity.

S BM: - Called 3 other local locksmiths as we had an issue with the front door lock and Jon was the only one to respond. He came the same day and was able to unlock the door without any damage and then secured the door until the parts arrived to replace the lock and was able to put together the new one quickly. The charges were reasonable and had good communication. Wouldn’t hesitant to call him again if required.
